Japan Summertime is an sandbox adult visual novel and life simulator about where you play as a regular kid spending his summer in Japan for the first time. You haven't seen your Japanese family in years, and now you're spending the entire summer vacation with them in Fujimori, a calm and beautiful city that has the perfect contrast between the modern parts of Japan and the calm suburban cities. The city is full of people and places waiting to be discovered. You are going to be staying with your family, attending school, doing side jobs to collect money, playing a ton of mini-games and slowly getting to know everyone around you. How you spend each day is up to you. Who you talk to, where you go, what you prioritize. Every choice adds up, relationships develop gradually, and sex scenes unlock as you progress. All characters are 18+.
This is version 0.1 and my very first game. It covers Day 1, introduces the characters and mechanics, and sets up the story. I put a lot of care into the UI and I hope it shows. I wanted it to feel different from other games in the genre. The game is currently download only while I finish testing the browser version, that will be in the next updates.
Version 0.2 drops next weeks with more days, a new character, new locations to explore around the city, and the first sexual scenes.
Version 0.3, coming next month, is a bigger update with 10+ new characters, 10+ new locations across the city, new scenes and a full weekly progression system.
From there the plan is to keep building: each character gets their own story, quests, minigames, unique progression systems, ton of sex scenes, and eventually new cities to explore.

I'm Honey Moony, a solo developer making my very first game after years of wanting the opportunity to do it. I come from a country with a tough financial situation, so every bit of support really matters. Today it's hard to do everything alone without the financial means to get a good computer or hire people to help.
